ISO Documentation Development
Preparing the system documentation
is typically the most difficult and most important
hurdle for organizations seeking ISO registration.
Engage Management Systems International (MSI)
to develop your ISO documentation and save your company
valuable time and resources.
An organization's documentation typically
consists of four levels:
Level 1 - Approach and Responsibilities
Quality and/or Environmental System
Manual |
 |
Level
2 - Who, What and When
Business Processes and Controls |
Level
3 - How Activities are Performed |
Level 4 - Objective
Evidence of the Activities Performed |
|
Process Overview:
Through a series of on-site interviews
(four to five hours each) we'll study your work flows
and tailor the Quality/Environmental Manual (Level
1) and Quality/Environmental Management Procedures
(Level 2) to reflect your operations and Management
System requirements.
We separate the ISO Standard elements
into five interview groups based on process interaction.
We perform the interviews in a sequence that logically
builds the framework of your Management System documentation.
This interview methodology allows your resources to
maximize productivity and minimize time spent in meetings.
After each interview session, MSI
will develop drafts of the necessary documents describing
your business processes and controls, and submit them
for your review. Once you have approved the documentation,
it can be released into your document control system.
MSI's Documentation Development process
is designed to accelerate the completion of your documentation
with little or no impact to your daily operations,
effectively saving you time and money.
