ISO Documentation Review
Comprehensive, accurate documentation
is the foundation of every successful Quality or Environmental
Management System. The documents describe the organization's
business processes and related controls. Poorly written
and/or incomplete documents can have a significant
negative impact on the operations of your organization
and jeopardize your ability to achieve ISO registration.
MSI's Documentation Review was designed to ensure
your documentation complies with the applicable ISO
standard.
An organization's ISO documentation
typically consists of four levels:
Level 1 - Approach and Responsibilities
Quality and/or Environmental System
Manual |
 |
Level
2 - Who, What and When
Business Processes and Controls |
Level
3 - How Activities are Performed |
Level 4 - Objective
Evidence of the Activities Performed |
|
Before you spend thousands of dollars
for your Registration Audit(s), use the Management
Systems International (MSI) ISO experts to perform
an objective review your Manual (Level 1) and Procedures
(Level 2) documentation. We can provide guidance
to streamline your documentation and ensure its compliance
to the ISO standard.
The Process:
- Brief preliminary discussion to gather company
profile and operations data. This information
provides us with a basis to determine which ISO
element(s), if any, may be excluded from your
Management System.
- Provide MSI with your existing Management System
Manual and Procedures
- MSI reviews the documentation to ensure compliance
with the applicable ISO standard. This review
includes identification of missing and/or unnecessary
documentation.
- MSI's comprehensive report includes recommendations
to ensure ISO compliance and streamline the documentation.
We will also incorporate our recommendations into
a draft of your documentation for your review
and approval.
Typically, the Documentation Review
can be completed within one week from receipt of your
documentation. Save your organization time and money
by ensuring your documentation complies with the ISO
standard.
