Quality System Personnel Placement
You
want to hire Quality System personnel but need help
developing the job specification and required qualifications,
or locating and interviewing candidates. Engage Management
Systems International (MSI) to perform the legwork
necessary to provide you with a short list of qualified
candidates.
The
Process:
- Brief
preliminary meeting to discuss the company profile,
culture and structure, the Management System,
and the intended scope and responsibilities of
the position
- If
no job specification exists, MSI will draft the
document including scope and responsibilities,
reporting structure, required experience and training
qualifications. The job specification will be
provided to Management for review and approval.
- If
a job specification does exist, MSI will review
the document and provide suggestions for improvement.
- MSI
will identify potential candidates through our
network of industry contacts and associations.
MSI may also post the job opportunity on our website,
internet job boards or classified ads.
- MSI
will identify the best qualified individuals and
perform a series of telephone and in-person interviews
to insure the candidate fits the job specification.
- A
short list (two to three) of the best candidates
is created and MSI performs reference and employment
checks.
- The
short list is provided to Management with MSI's
candidate recommendations. MSI arranges for your
organization to interview the candidates. If necessary,
MSI can participate in the interviews.
- Your
organization makes an offer in writing to the
candidate of your choice. If necessary, MSI will
assist in the negotiation of the terms of employment
with the individual.
- MSI
informs the other candidates of your selection.
