To start a project, MSI consultants spend a short
time at your facility examining the work processes,
your methods for addressing ISO requirements, current
documentation, records and the present level of training
among key personnel.
Proposal:
MSI then prepares and submits a written proposal showing
the tasks and milestones of the project, a progress
payment and milestone timetable, and a fixed-price
quotation.
