Exactly what is included in the SurePath turnkey program?

The specifics depend on whether you are talking about ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 certification.  Both programs include an initial examination by MSI of your processes, a proposal for your approval, preparation of your quality documents by MSI, presentation of an ISO overview to your management, training your internal auditors, managing the implementation of the agreed quality procedures, and assisting your company successfully complete of an ISO Registrar's audit.

What is "turnkey" about this program?

MSI has over 55 combined years of experience and has helped over 300 companies nationwide to attain ISO certification.  As a consequence, we have proven templates for ISO documentation that are easily modified to suit your unique needs.  We also leverage out extensive experience to ensure your people receive the training and assistance they need to implement ISO procedures and prepare for the Registrar's audit. 

How is the MSI SurePath turnkey program different from other industry programs?

Our expertise and experience has allowed us to develop a proven series of steps and ISO document templates that provide the fastest and least costly means of getting a company certified.  And, we accomplish all this in a manner that has minimal impact on your daily operations.

How is the SurePath turnkey program priced?

Since each company has unique needs, MSI performs a FREE initial consultation to discuss status of existing operations to determine what is necessary for you to become certified.  We then prepare a fixed- price proposal for your approval.  So, you will know exactly how much it will cost your company to become ISO certified before entering into an agreement with MSI.

What are optional activities that are priced separately?

Anything outside the "turnkey" agreement will be billed at an agreed rate.  After you become certified, MSI also offers, for an agreed daily fee and on an as-needed basis, to supplement your resources during the implementation and/or audits.

How long will it take to get certified?

Again, the duration varies for each company, depending on your resources, available time and scope of operations.  For a typical small business, the ISO certification process takes anywhere from six-to-eighteen months chronologically.  Minimal time to certification is achieved when your company dedicates resources to developing and implementing quality management processes.

Are there any guarantees that my company will become ISO certified?
