ISO Overview Courses
ISO 9001:2000 • ISO 14001 • AS 9100
MSI offers an ISO Overview training course for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and AS 9100. The Overview courses provide an introduction to ISO, a review of the elements of the standard, and the necessary steps to becoming registered.
Course Objectives:
- Provide an understanding of the principles and concepts of the ISO Standard
- Provide an understanding of the requirements of the ISO Standard
- Provide an overview of quality objectives
- Provide an understanding of the Registration process
Who Should Attend?
- All individuals involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining a QMS/EMS
- This course is ideal as part of a new employee orientation or as a refresher for employees who have been transferred or recently received new responsibilities.
Course Duration:
The Overview course lasts approximately four (4) hours.

- Review of the International Standards Organization

- Audit findings
